As per the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will do its best to make sure the Services are available to the Provider. However, the Company does not offer any warranty or guarantee about how often the Services will be up and accessible.
5. Provider Data
The Provider gives the Company a license that is not exclusive, royalty-free, and valid for worldwide. This license allows the Company to reproduce, distribute, display, and take any necessary actions with the Provider Data for providing the Services. Furthermore, the Provider grants the Company another license that is not exclusive, permanent, irreversible, royalty-free, and applicable worldwide. This license allows the Company to reproduce, distribute, modify, and use the Provider Data incorporated within Aggregated Statistics, as well as display them.
6. Feedback
If the Provider, its employees, or contractors share any communications or materials with the Company, including suggestions for changes to the Company IP (such as new features), the Company can use that feedback without any obligation or restriction. The Provider transfers to the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its employees, contractors, and agents, all rights, title, and interest in the feedback. The Company is free to utilize the ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property rights found in the feedback for any purpose, without giving credit or providing compensation to any party. However, the Company is not required to use any feedback.
